Delivery ScheduleAll products are ordered direct from the supplier once payment has been received and so please allow seven to ten days for your item(s) to arrive. In order to provide our products at the best possible price we cut out the middle man and order direct from the supplier. We use a guaranteed delivery service with Rayol Mail Recorded Signed For Delivery Service for every product sold. This means all products can be tracked within the UK using Royal Mail’s Tracking Service. You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. |

Returns Policy1.All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for twelve months from the date of purchase. 2.If a defect is suspected the customer must return the whole item for inspection and the manufacturer must be given a fair and reasonable time as defined by Happyglasses.org to assess the nature of the fault. 3.If the evidence shows a manufacturing defect was present Happyglasses.org reserve the sole right to replace the product or provide a full refund. 4.In all circumstances the maximum liability of Happyglasses.org will be the full value of the product when purchased. Happyglasses.org will not accept any responsibility for losses relating to lenses glazed into the product by a third party. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days for a full refund, not including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed. Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
